Weddings
I love officiating weddings. Being asked to partake in someone’s special day is such an honor for me, and it’s one of my favorite ministries I offer. I am open and affirming for all couples (including LGBTQ+), regardless of faith tradition. Previously, I have performed wedding ceremonies for atheists, agnostics, and non-denominational christians. My style is specific: It’s all about you two.
If you choose me as your officiant, I will work one on one with you in order to create the ceremony. We will first sit together (once or twice) to discuss my idea, philosophy, and theology of marriage. Hint: Two people in Love are becoming One, and declaring it in front of a crowd of witnesses. Then I’ll write the ceremony and work with you to make it personal. Lastly, I will officiate the ceremony for you!
